I recently just left 3 years of staff time mobilized as a BN plans officer to take my first AGR position as a Company Operations Officer/ Commander. I have bene on ground for 45 days and have recently been tapped to serve as an additional duty as the BN S3 as the current 3 is out of the loop. I wanted to open some dialogue with people who have had similar experiences or time as a CC that may be able to share some experiences in the balance two very important roles. I have good systems in place from my time on staff but really trying to see where and when to place priorities. Thanks in advance for any insight or discussion that may arise from this post.
