Over the last few years I have made it a point to think first before acting. This is a big change from how I operated the first part of my career. I believe that it is critical that as a force we shift from our reactionary culture to a proactive culture by thinking first then reacting. Something, that has really helped me over the last few months this is implementing a process called RAPS (reflect, analyze , prepare and set up tomorrow). I spend the last 30 mins of each work day journaling and going through this process. I have found that it allows me to give more time to thinking first and adjusting my actions.
