We all know the stereotype: Joe/Jane goes out and buys a 1985 TransAm with a 28% interest loan. Or is a regular customer of the local payday loan institution and soon is in creeping debt up to their eyeballs.
While most of us may not have challenges to this extreme, we’ve still seen issues with financial literacy among our Soldiers.
