I am Joe Callejas (YG`10, LG) an I am currently a company commander in 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, CO. I am a huge fan of the forum and have participated in the PL and Company Command Forums.

I firmly believe that leadership matters and we as leaders get better the more we discuss our decisions and our philosophies. Coaching, Teaching, and Mentoring are how we remain successful.

I cant wait to participate in this forum and I am here to talk leadership no matter the branch or position.
