From my understanding of soldiers (generalized) in the infantry, I imagine the workout plans I will need to create must focus primarily on building Aerobic and Anaerobic endurance (cardio, sprints, etc.). Is this true? Are the soldiers usually responsible/motivated enough to go to the gym and lift but less inclined to run on their own?
