usually leaders who give very little to no guidance mention this book. now, initiative has been my strength since day 1 – and I always thought that if my boss asked me to do something, then I wasn’t already acting on his intent but reacting to it, but as a leader I often asked myself, if my subordinates understood my order before judging them on why they failed or succeeded in it. things may make sense to us, in our heads but to our audience?
