Here’s a Brigade Support Battalion’s/CSSB format for CONOP’s.  You can always play around with the design, but it’s best to not do any major reconstruction unless absolutely necessary.  Be clear and concise about your mission/training event.  There should few-to-no questions after someone reads the CONOP.  You’ll get better at making them and it will become easier.
