I am assuming you’re a cadet at USMA. If so, there is an entire course, PE450, devoted to the topic of unit PT. If you are interested in finding physical activities of a particular branch, please see the attached document (all credits go to the Department of Physical Education).

I wrestled with this question probably more than deciding what to branch. Ultimately, it came down to three factors, in order of significance:

1) The unit at the post

2) The surrounding area

3) The desire for something new
