I am 100% with you. I remember that in one of my old units the morale of the Soldiers and the overall performance of the unit was bad. I agree with you. I believed that if we pay close attention, there’s always something to learn from. For the most part, the majority of us is also learning, adapting and changing with everything new out there that will affect us directly or indirectly.
