What causes us to take control when we should be giving control?

I find myself taking control when something that needs to be done is not happening in a timely matter. I usually stay away from this if I have the time to bring in my people and explain that we are running out of time and we need to rearrange our priorities. Also feeling like the way things are getting done are not the way I would.

I could make a list of all the times I have said…” I rather do it myself, or I will take care of it.”
