What is one part of your organization where you can implement “deliberate action”?

I have to use my example, which is also similar to one of the examples the author uses in chapter 16. Deliberate action can be implemented in many ways; in my case, as a Commander, the majority of my actions are administrative and legal actions. Since I took command, I have been implementing measures that can help me and my (very small) better our process in those specifics areas. Between authorizations, awards, legal actions; is essential to sign paperwork in a timely matter, but is also crucial do it in a way that is not careless, or just signing something to get it out of the way. I read carefully before signing or approving anything. I believed that this could make a difference in the effectiveness of an organization.
