What messages do you need to keep repeating in your organization?

I used a phrase on during my incoming commander speech ” We all are in this together.” I mean it when I said it eight months ago and today I am still pushing that message out to my Soldiers. The reason behind my message was to create an environment of cooperation and teamwork. My company has two primary MOs Military Police personnel and Religious Support; there was a sense of division, and not many Soldiers felt that they were part of a company outside of their respective sections. Today, I still push out the same message; we are together in this, we belong to the same organization.
