Unfortunately, it can’t be cropped after it has been uploaded.  However, if you go to your profile and choose the Profile tab, then Change Profile Photo, you can upload the picture again and crop it once it is uploaded.

Thanks, Chad. Pasting from Word has always been a headache for web developers. Sigh. I’ll see what I can do to get it all stripped out.

I just looked at the members page and noticed that when you navigate the pages, every other page has a different layout.
