Here are a couple photos of some of the 40 people who did the race- blue is the full marathon shirt and maroon is the half marathon team shirt. Shirts were DEFINITELY a must have in bonding the team for our common goal. It also told everyone who we were, which motivated people too.

I cannot reply in a text box on anything in Heather’s post on Command Reading Lists…it seems to be specific to that post…any thoughts on this bug?

Brock, do you find your unit has a lot of issues with this? Is it possible that there are those Soldiers who don’t have those kind of time commitments? I know next to nothing about the culture surrounding the Guard/Reserves but it would be my hope that Soldiers have a sense of pride and respect for their unit that they would WANT to help out.
