As a very recent graduate of West Point and new 2LT, this kind of advice is invaluable. While I’ve been working on several of things you mentioned above, I will definitely be returning to this post to make sure I’m doing all I can for “them.” I sincerely wish that my TAC team, among other leaders, had taken more time to discuss these kinds of things with myself and fellow company-mates prior to graduating from West Point. Thank you for sharing this advice and insight.
