CPT Amber Ingwell

CPT Amber Ingwell is an aviation officer with leadership experience in the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade and 1st Armored Division Combat Aviation Brigade. She currently serves as an Instructor at the Simon Center for the Professional Military Ethic at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where she has also taught American Politics in the Department of Social Sciences. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an M.P.A. from Cornell University.
LTC Mark Erwin
Executive Officer
LTC Mark Erwin is an Army Reserve officer assigned to the Center for Junior Officers. Prior to this position, Mark served as an instructor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership at West Point. His other recent assignments include positions with the State Department Bureau of Counterterrorism and the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. His active duty service included a 15-month combat deployment to Iraq as a Scout Platoon Leader in OIF 06-08. Mark holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. In his civilian role, he is the director of a leadership program at a catholic high school in Washington DC.
