The PL community is the place where past, present, and future platoon leaders connect with each other–sharing content and engaging in conversations to become more effective as leaders. We are a voluntary community that is led by and for the profession and that has a specific, laser-beam focus on leading platoons. As a member of PL, you have access to officers and cadets who–like you–love Soldiers and are committed to growing and leading mission-ready teams.
