SO is one of two new communities in the JO space, and it exists because YOU asked for it. Staff Officers are leaders too, and the ability to build and lead a cohesive staff team is critical to a unit’s success. We are a voluntary community that is led by and for the profession and that has a specific, laser-beam focus on leading staff sections. As a member of SO, you have access to others who–like you–love Soldiers and are committed to shaping and directing mission-ready teams.
