Sub Hand Receipt Holder Class
This is a short class you can administer for your Sub-Hand Receipt Holders so they understand the basic principles of Command Supply Discipline and their responsibilities as a hand receipt holder. Before anyone was allowed to sign a sub-hand receipt, I personally conducted this training along with an initial counseling.
