As an XO, I trim the fat so that the CO can focus on the meat. – Anonymous
XO is one of two new communities in the JO space, and it exists because YOU asked for it. Capable XOs keep a company-level unit running like a well-oiled machine. We are a voluntary community that is led by and for the profession and that has a specific, laser-beam focus on being the best XO you can be. As a member of SO, you have access to past, present, and future XOs who–like you–love Soldiers and are committed to supporting mission-ready teams.
