Company Level Task Org Chart

This is a task org chart that I used to identify the key areas of Company Command and who they were delegated to. This was useful in discussing roles with the 1SG and XO to make sure we were on the same page, as it changed a little due to manning in the HQ Section, and due to different 1SG/XO personalities.

I also used it as a counseling tool to easily describe what I expected someone to own, though I was responsible as the Commander for everything on that chart.

I occasionally used it as a format to have a quick update sit-down at the beginning of the week with the PLs, we could just run down their column and discuss the big rocks in each category.
