Evaluation Tracker

I created and used this tracker as a BN S1. It's written with formulas for calculating due dates, and with conditional formatting to warn of when OERs will be late to HRC (+90 day mark) and the soonest they can be signed, too. I found it great way to keep myself out of hot water and to appropriately provide information to the BN CDR of what was hot and why (Annual vs. Complete the Record vs. Change of Rater).

I used it solely for OERs, but there's no reason it cant be used for NCOERs or both combined.

*Because of the formulas are automatic, the data put into this must be correct to provide valid output. Recommend eyes-on ORB or last OER to confirm the correct date is entered into the formula.
