Trip Ticket 2.0. With dropdowns that automatically fill in personal info

Trip Ticket 2.0: Version has a drop down that you can chose personnel per vehicle, and based on that it automatically fills in the personal info/weapons serials, etc.

I finally had the time to put this together. It’s a fairly basic trip ticket format and consists of the following:

-TripTicket sheet: 3 pages, with a maximum of 15 possible vehicles. Basic personal information and serial #s, position, and additional space for BFT and radio serials #s. Choose a name from the drop-down, and then all applicable information will automatically populate in the applicable locations based off of what’s on the Roster/sensitive item list.

-Roster sheet: Personnel roster and sensitive item sheet that feeds the information on the Trip Ticket.

Again, this is only a basic model and hope other can find a use for it.
