I am definitely looking at the past experience this individual has had and if that has impacted the current lack of knowledge. I am also looking at how I can assist in order for this individual to succeed individually as well as a team. I also looking at daily performance to ensure there is a motivation to want to get better and learn more.

My heart tells me I can do more for this individual so I am working through that. At the same time I have a mission to accomplish so it becomes a bit difficult but soldiers come first, otherwise I would not have a job as a leader if I do not take care of them.
