cplenge/ basic writting skills! It seem as though the recomendors are making the achievements sound too eloquent and forget the basic rule of writting K.I.S (keep it simple)

gregoryhacker/ we do have a BN Policy Letters which states our timelines as well as standard citations. The problem is mainly with the achievements, recommenders are writting the achievements as if it was an NCOER/OER.

ae_rollinson/ yes I agree with Gregory as well and we do have a BN Policy Letters, for the time being we are gathering sample awards and making sure we black out the personal data to show at out S1 sync with the 1SG and CSM. And we will start gathering common mistakes to assist all of them as well.
