Ab– I used the Leader Challenge when I was a PMS. The cadets were engaged because those scenarios were new and in their second semester of their senior year, they were “hungry” to learn more about professional challenges.
As far as what I did as a company commander– I was more of a consumer more than anything. I wish I would have gotten my Lieutenants engaged with the forum.
I’m hoping that with my encouraging words, I can get my company commanders on board.. soon.
