Never went to the course. I heard it wasn’t really worth it either at Ft. Bliss. Just the same heres what we do for a week straight. After time in the seat every agency or situation I would have needed came up. It may have helped but I was also a junior commander of the 4 so having battle buddies helped immensely.

As an IG now I will be giving this block of instruction to our CO/1SG. If I knew what IG did as a commander I would have utilized them a lot more. Would anyone have any tidbits they would have liked to see or know now about IG that they would have liked at the course?
