I used the juggling of glass or rubber balls once for my LT’s. There’s lots of stuff here you could use. he OBJ-T one could be used too. He could also use some issue the BN has as a topic like if its poor leadership or mis-managemnet of tasks find an article for people to read and discuss it.

I find those more interesting then anything about read FM 3-0 chapters 1-4 and we will discuss it.
