January 2022
Leaders!
We here at the Center for Junior Officers hope you’re as excited about the possibilities 2022 offers as we are. Being a better leader and mentor one of your resolutions for the new year? The deadlines for two of our signature programs are approaching within the next week. If you’d like to give a great gift to a hard-working junior officer, consider nominating him/her for the CJO 30 Under 30 Leader Developer Award! If you’d like to join the team as a non-resident Leadership Fellow, you can learn about how to apply here.
Now on to our regular update –
Highlights from the past month
