III Corps G1 Tools for Junior Officers

I recently attended the III Corps Company Executive Officer Course and received a briefing from a member of the Corps G1 staff section, and also received the attached tools that will assist any junior officer in a) understanding and planning his own and subordinates’ career timelines, b) understanding and managing his EES profile, c) writing OERs.
