Something I have not seen mentioned yet (from myself included) is battle rhythm. Â For sure get that from the RIP, predecessor, or NCOIC. While you get your feet under you, you can at the very least nail the easy stuff and get “brownie points” for taking care of the meetings and facetime that you reasonably should be nailing.

My two cents for you or the next person who has pay issues like this: Keep an eye on your LES and, if its not fixed by the time you get to your new unit, tell post when you in-process and tell your BN S1 (file pay inquiry).
