The next question you need to ask is , “Am I a MQ officer?” Now, your senior rater will not be able to answer that at your initial counseling, but I would ask that question every time afterwards. Vanessa, sorry for piling on late. I brough a senior rater philosophy to my organization. If its not too late, ask what the SR philosophy is. In my case it had more to deal with team work, innovation, and ability to grow. Things like APFT and performance were expected.
