I agree with George. Moving things to mobile units will help. Is it possible to have a CSSB co-located with some assets to move flatracks or containers? You can also use smaller containers and put them on LMTV’s if you have the MHE and manpower to support.

Sounds like someone possibly you or the SPO needs to help the commander understand what the constraints are with doing this. Big Army may not be ready with vehicle for such a model yet. Ask the CSSB or someone else to see if they can augment with some assets and you drive them or they have assets to let you borrow along with manpower.
