I tried for a few when I was done command. The William and Mary would have been a great choice if I got it. I think the timeline may not work out for you now though.

My friend did the Georgetown fellowship and he didn’t really want that Masters, but he is making great connections in his job as an intern that will end up taking him to his KD position due to him working for O-5’s or O-6s that need him or will once they take over their next job.

I don’t think anyone really looks at BOP’s as a negative now. I mean if timelines work out what else should you do for three year until you hit MAJ? Getting a degree is better then most jobs and it will get you back with the family too… or it should.

Humor or Sarcasm? I think I got more sarcastic the longer I was in command. It was the only way to stay alive.
