    I think you will find that generally a Batallion Commander or his S-3 shop will want CONOPs built in a manner that is tailored to how the Commander wishes to receive information. Alternatively, Company Commanders may ask their Platoon Leaders to develop a CONOP standard in which they will push up to the Squadron/Batallion for approval.
