We don’t have the capability yet that allows you to upload your own images.  The only thing you can do for now is to put in a url (link) of an image from the web.

1.  Likes and PIE are not yet available on discussions and/or replies.  They currently only work on “tools” such as documents, interviews, SOPs, etc.  This is a feature that we are working on.
