ORB Update Tool

While I was navigating S1Net I found this great ORB update tool.

There us a misconception that BN/BDE S1 is able to update everything on an officers ORB. As much as we would love to have that magical power, there is a check and balance system and different levels can update different things. This tool provides guidance as to who can update what and at what level.
