Instructions for Commanders Use of EForm for SFL-TAP

HRC passed a note on to the CC team that we’re posting here on their behalf:

“Could you please let commanders know that they are now required to do pre-separation counseling (was DD2648/-1) and transition individual training (was DD2958) on the Transition Assistance EForm? Here’s a copy of the ALARACT from November directing the change, as well as a detailed guide to filling out the form. Thanks for helping to get the word out!”
