Thanks for breaking that down, what I think you are saying is that we need to get with our S-1 folks to ensure that our eMILPO matches what is in on our ORB in order to ensure our records will transition smoothly into the new IPPSA system.
Does this mean the SRB reflected in IPPSA is currently reflective of what our eMILPO file looks moe like?

I agree with you here. The army got rid of the “Specialist-5” and above ranks for this reason, because NCOs are expected to be both technically and tactically proficient leaders. Conversely, I could argue that if the only responsibility they wanted to give the Army was to be technical specialists – they should never have accepted or been…[Read more]
