Tiara,
Sorry this took so long.
Ray is correct. Â Subscribing to a topic is the way to go if you want to receive notifications for ALL additional comments and replies.
Also, there is no way to “like” a discussion just yet, however, I’m working on that.

JO Team started the topic Branch-Dependent Leadership Styles (June 2017 JO Jam) in the forum Junior Officer 7 years, 8 months ago

Typically, you are authorized travel time, mileage, and per-diem from your home of record. Â However, because of your TDY, you may not receive the travel time, but, you should still receive at least the mileage and per diem. Â It’s best to check with the transportation office where you are to confirm. Â In the meantime, here is a link that mi…[Read more]

This may apply whether you’re in a leadership position or working as a staff officer. How do you navigate situations where your rater and senior…[Read more]

Micah,
Some good stuff on your document, a few of them I did not think about when I made my 3 DITY moves.
One other thing I would add is to make sure you have a load plan. Â For example, I did not plan to unload EVERYTHING the first day we arrived so I made sure that I loaded some things last, like the kid’s bed stuff, pet supplies, some pots…[Read more]
